Your great client service during a client’s visit will make sure that their absolute satisfaction is given, and that the client leaves knowing that they have received exceptional service and look forward to their next visit.  You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently, co-ordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice via our online booking system, maintaining product knowledge and be able to advise where necessary and working with the rest of the team to ensure that the reception and other areas of the practice are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and are presentable at all times.

This is a full time role, based on 40 hours per week and will be on a rota basis. This will include evenings and some weekends
